Itineraries

Day 1

Arrival Jaipur

Upon arrival at Jaipur Airport, Meet and greet By Our Representative and transferred to your hotel room, Jaipur, with its rich & colourful past, resplendent with tales of valour & bravery, it is now one of the most important heritage cities in India. The city was founded in the year 1728 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, the ruler of Amber. It remains the only city in the world symbolizing the nine divisions of the universe, through nine rectangular sectors.

Day 2

Morning Amber Fort + Afternoon City Tour

Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel and leave for Jaipur Tour. First visit the hilltop fortress at Amer. Ascend the imposing fort on a painted elephant. The Fort, originally built in the 16th century by Maharaja Man Singh encloses superb palaces and a beautiful temple in marble dedicated to the fearsome goddess Kali.
In the afternoon, tour the old walled city of Jaipur. Founded by Maharaja Jai Singh II, this ‘pink city’ is meticulously constructed on the lines of the Shilpa-Shastra, an ancient Hindu treatise on architecture.
Visit the unique Jantar Mantar Observatory situated in the heart of the city. Built in the 1700's (A.D), it still looks futuristic. Nearby is the ornate Hawa Mahal (the palace of winds). The old City Palace & its museum display a rare fusion of Mughal and Hindu architecture, and house a rare collection of paintings, Rajasthani armoury and costumes.

Day 3

Jaipur – Jodhpur

Today we drive to Jodhpur, bustling desert city is the second largest city in Rajasthan & has landscape dominated by the massive Mehrangarh Fort topping a sheer rocky ridge. Rao Jodha, a chief of the Rathore clan, founded the city in the year 1459 & it is named after him. It was formerly the seat of a Princely state, also known as Marwar. Overnight Hotel

Day 4

Jodhpur

Today we take a guided tour of Jodhpur, visiting the Mehrangarh Fort (Majestic Fort), one of the most impressive & formidable structures anywhere in India. Built by Rao Jodha, this 5 km long Fort is on a 125m high hill & has some magnificent palaces with marvellously carved panels latticed window. The Fort Museum is also worth a visit. We will go to Jaswant Thada, a cluster of royal cenotaphs in white marble built in the year 1899 AD in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. Within the main cenotaph are the portraits of various Jodhpur rulers. It is an architectural landmark of Jodhpur. Overnight Hotel

Day 5

Jodhpur – Ranakpur- Udaipur

After Breakfast later we drive to Udaipur, was founded in the year 1568 by Maharana Udai Singh. The Kingdom of Mewar was considered the most respectable among all Princely states in Rajasthan & still remembered for the courage to protect the Kingdom. The site for Udaipur was chosen for its natural beauty, abundant water & natural protection afforded by the surrounding forests & Aravali mountains. It is set on the edge of three lakes & also known as the "City of Lakes & Palaces". Undoubtedly one of the most romantic cities in India, it has beautiful Palaces that are mirrored in the calm waters of Lake Pichola. The city is a brilliant kaleidoscope of narrow lanes flanked by bright stalls, gardens, lakes, palaces & temples.En route we will visit Ranakpur, renowned for some marvellously carved Jain temples in marble, created in the 15th century AD during the reign of Rana Kumbha. Later we continue our drive to Udaipur.

Day 6

Udaipur

This morning you proceed for a sightseeing tour of Udaipur. Beginyour tour with a visit to the City Palace. At this Palace complex, marvel at the rooms with mirrored walls and ivory doors, windows with colored glass, inlaid marble balconies and the peacock courtyard. Also visit the lovely Sahelion-ki-Bari gardens, the Jagdish temple and the local Museum. In the afternoon, enjoy a motor launch cruise on the placid waters of Lake Pichola. The beautiful Lake Pichola was enlarged by Maharana Udai Singh after he founded the city. The city palace extends a considerable distance along the east bank of the lake. From the boat you will be able to view the city of Udaipur as it rises majestically above the lake in the middle of the Rajasthan desert. You can also visit the Jag Mandir Palace, a lovely island palace in the middle of the lake. Overnight in Udaipur.

Day 7

Udaipur – Pushkar

After breakfast check out from the Hotel and drive back to Pushkar, On arrival Enroute visit to Ajmer Shariff in Ajmer and Brahma Temple, Pushkar Lake in Pushkar. Pushkar Lake in holy place Pushkar. Pushkar is best known for its Brahma Temple built in the 14th century standing on a high platform near Pushkar Lake . This is the only temple in the world where Lord Brahma - Creator of the Universe, is worshipped.

Day 8

Pushkar – Jaipur Departure

After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Airport to board the flight for your onward destinations.
